Information and data have become key drivers of the global economy and essential assets for all businesses and organizations. As such, they have also become targets for potential breaches and attacks, making proper attention to protection more important than ever.
This has been reflected in various pieces of legislation, such as the GDPR or the newly adopted EU Directive on Cybersecurity (NIS2) which is going to impose cybersecurity requirements on a broad number of businesses.
At PETERKA PARTNERS, we help you understand the scale of such legal requirements and effectively adopt measures to secure data, while always taking the Privacy by Design approach and providing tailor-made advice and solutions. Regardless of whether you are a public sector organization or a private business and regardless of your size or of the industry in which you are active, we are ready to help you comply with the complex laws governing cybersecurity, data and privacy protection in any stage of your company’s life cycle or in any part of the processing of the data.
