Professional Background

Natália advises on regulatory and compliance matters across a range of sectors, as well as on general commercial law. She focuses on supporting clients in their day-to-day business operations, including commercial agreements, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks. She also coordinates legal support in cross-border matters.
Natália is part of the management team of the firm’s Bratislava office and has served as Deputy Director for Slovakia since 2019. She is also the Leader of the Pharma and Life Sciences practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
She has developed particular expertise in data protection law, advising on personal data compliance, including the structuring, review, and implementation of related documentation. Her practice further encompasses retail and e-commerce, consumer protection, and advertising, with a focus on the legal and regulatory aspects of market conduct.
Natália also has experience advising clients in the life sciences sector on regulatory and commercial matters, including contractual arrangements and industry-specific compliance.
In addition, Natália represents the firm in the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia, where she has long-standing experience serving on the Board of Directors. She is also active in business development and is a member of the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
