Recently, our litigation team has reached court settlement in a complicated dispute of the value of €2,260,000 regarding proper performance of a contract to supply of a mechanical conveyor system. This case was complicated both legally (application of the CISG) and factually. The parties to the dispute are from different jurisdictions, namely a Polish contractor, a Danish customer and a Norwegian end customer.
