On October 5, Taras Utiralov moderated a discussion panel dedicated to “Diia. City”, a special legal regime for the IT sector in Ukraine, during the II Business & Legal IT Forum by Yurydychna Praktyka publishing.
According to Taras, “Diia.City” fears have been allayed by practice. “New companies are joining the environment; there have been no reprimands about this concept as such so that we can talk about a certain success of this case.” – he said.
