PETERKA & PARTNERS has advised the local subsidiary of a Netherlands-based group ROFFELSEN, a leading manufacturer of plastic products and a specialist in extrusion technology, in the acquisition of an industrial site near Nitra, western Slovakia, so that it can expand its current production.
Legal assistance provided by Slovak branch of PETERKA & PARTNERS included, in particular, preparation of contractual documents related to the transaction, negotiations, legal due diligence of the acquired properties, and assistance in the preparation of bank documents.
