A seminar, “Criminal Liability in the Czech Republic – Changes on 1 December”, was held on November 23, 2016. The seminar was held by Premysl Marek, Partner and Director for PETERKA & PARTNERS, and Milan Listik and Kaj Ständer, Senior Associates of PETERKA & PARTNERS, who presented the legal means for corporations to avoid criminal liability in the context of the amendment of Act no. 418/2011, Coll., on Corporate Criminal Liability. The topic was discussed against the background of recently upcoming decisions regarding the criminal liability of corporations.
