The Romanian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS has recently advised the local subsidiaries of a global logistics provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions, in the provision of supply chain services, in respect to specific day-to-day business, such as covering corporate aspects (like the opening of secondary working points), as well as review of the agreements related to the starting of business in the new locations. Our colleagues were involved and provided legal advice from the conclusion of the relevant agreements to the obtaining of the relevant necessary permits.
