It is now high time to disclose ultimate beneficiary owners (UBO) in Ukraine. Until 11 October 2021, all Ukrainian companies registered before 28 April 2020 are obliged to submit to the State Registrar information on their UBOs and ownership structure in accordance with newly set requirements.
