Within the transaction, Gramercy Europe, acting for its fund Gramercy Property Europe III, acquired a 55,500 m2 logistics warehouse let on a long-term lease contract to KiK, a major European fashion and home discount retailer belonging to Tengelmann Group. The property was sold via a share deal. PETERKA & PARTNERS acted as the legal advisor to ECE European City Estates as the seller. The transaction value was not disclosed.
