New instructions have been issued by the Romanian Trade Registry in May 2021 which envisage the wording related to the “unlimited term” of Romanian companies, and the duration of the mandate of directors of Romanian limited liability companies.
Further to such instructions, the term used for companies that do not have a limited term will be for an “undetermined period”, while the “unlimited term” of the mandate of directors of limited liability companies will no longer be accepted.
