Recently, our Polish M&A Team assisted in the closing of a transaction comprised of the acquisition of a minority stake of the shares in a Polish joint stock company operating in the field of the international and domestic transport of cars by a Chinese investor. The firm’s Polish, Russian, Czech and Slovak lawyers provided the investor with a legal due diligence report concerning the operations of the target and its subsidiaries in various jurisdictions.
