The Czech Ministry of Industry and Commerce has begun to collect information from photovoltaic plants in the Czech Republic. Legislation in accordance with a European Commission decision has not yet been drafted; however, once adopted into law, a number of owners might face a significant decrease in support in the future or even be obligated to repay part of the support.
