Bulgarian office successfully represented the local subsidiary of a major European logistics group in insolvency related proceedings of a client’s debtor, in particular with objections against a refusal of the insolvency trustee to accept some of the client’s claims.
The matter required complex argumentation associated, among others, with the justification of the secured/privileged status of the claims in circumstances where no earlier case law could be put forward in support.
