PETERKA&PARTNERS Bulgaria advised a global capital goods company specializing in equipment and services for agriculture and construction with respect to a template agreement to be signed with local dealers governing the conditions for use by the dealers of client’s platform for online sales of genuine spare parts within the aftermarket services provided to the customers. The assistance covered review of commercial and competition law aspects and it was provided in cooperation with the Romanian office of the firm, including for the purpose of maximum alignment of the templates to be used on the Bulgarian and Romanian markets.
