The Ukrainian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS won a court case against an importer of counterfeit goods infringing on intellectual property rights on the trademark and industrial design of ABRO Industries, Inc. The counterfeit goods were detained by Ukrainian customs as they were being imported in Ukraine. The court banned the import and ordered the destruction of the counterfeit goods. The court decision was executed by the State Enforcement Service of Ukraine and the goods were destroyed in October 2017.
