The Kyiv team of PETERKA & PARTNERS provided full legal support in securing merger clearance with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, for one of the Leading French Agricultural Groups. The merger consisted of the acquisition of control over a French-based International Multi-Species Seed Group, present in 35 countries, that creates and markets hybrids and varieties of major crops.
The Competition Law team advising on the project included Senior Associate Stanislav Koptilin and Associate Eduard Vynnychenko, and was headed by the Partner and Director of the Ukrainian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS, Taras Utiralov.
