The Kyiv team of PETERKA & PARTNERS provided full legal support to the trader of agricultural ingredients, the Theeuwes Group, in obtaining prior clearance with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the purchase of a grain storage complex in the Vinnytsia Region.
The assets are to be acquired from a Ukrainian elevator company, a part of Louis Dreyfus Holding, the latter being a global merchant involved in agriculture, food processing, international shipping and finance.
The Competition law team advising on the project included senior associates Stanislav Koptilin and Eduard Vynnychenko and were headed by the Partner and Director of the Ukrainian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS, Taras Utiralov.
