The Kyiv team successfully represented Ukrainian subsidiary of a major Czech production and engineering company in the field of mining technology before the court of appeal. Additional assessment of corporate profit tax liabilities has been successfully challenged, and the win of the client in the court of first instance was reaffirmed by the judgement upheld by the court of appeal.
