The Kyiv Team of PETERKA & PARTNERS has assisted the Ukrainian subsidiary of a major international player in specialty logistics on a wide range of employment matters. The team successfully completed a complex assignment on a change to the organizational structure of the Ukrainian subsidiary and a change in the organization of employment, including the establishment of new job descriptions and working time adjustments, as well as transfer of employees under the new organizational structure.
