The Slovak office of PETERKA & PARTNERS assisted the Descours & Cabaud Group on their second successfully closed transaction this year, in relation to the acquisition of the Slovak company HYDRAFLEX, a producer and distributor of hydraulic components and other related accessories. The Descours & Cabaud Group is a major distributor of tools and products for industry and construction and this second acquisition in 2019 confirms its further expansion in Slovakia.
