The Slovak branch of PETERKA & PARTNERS advised ECE European City Estates, an Austrian-based private real estate investor operating in Central and Eastern Europe focused on investments in commercial projects and real estate, on the sale of the KiK warehouse in Dunajska Streda to Gramercy Europe. Within the transaction, which was successfully closed in March 2019, Gramercy Europe, acting for its fund Gramercy Property Europe III, acquired a 55,500 m2 logistics warehouse let on a long-term lease contract to KiK, a major European fashion and home discount retailer belonging to Tengelmann Group. The property was sold via a share deal. The transaction value was not disclosed.
