PETERKA & PARTNERS Romania is delighted to have provided legal advisory services to an international, voluntary, non-governmental and non-profit organization which conducts intercultural programs on a worldwide scale. Our assistance consisted in the analysis of a services agreement to be concluded with an independent IT contractor. The related advice included both the review and amendment of the draft services agreement from the perspective civil provisions, as well as the analysis of related risks of re-qualification of such agreement as a labour agreement from the perspective of Romanian law.
