The Prague office provided legal advisory to V-Sharp Ventures SE, a majority shareholder of DoDo Group SE, one of top European last-mile logistic companies, in connection with the Series B investment of MFresh Holding in DoDo group.
The advisory involved, in particular, drafting and amending transaction documentation, negotiations and managing the closing agenda.
