Milan Listík, Leader of the PETERKA & PARTNERS Automotive practice, was one of the official speakers at the UTECH Auto Conference held in Amsterdam on 12-13 October 2017, see the link. Mr. Listík spoke about the main regulatory aspects within the Automotive sector in the EU, namely about differences based on the specific positions of contractors on the market, the practices sanctioned as hard-core restrictions (and other restrictions) under EU law, and the ways such regulations may develop in the years to come.
