PETERKA & PARTNERS Hungary has assisted a well-known Spanish construction company with regard to a hotel refurbishment carried out in Budapest, Hungary. This task included among others preparation of a general construction contract and several subcontractor agreements, mediation between the parties, as well as debt collection from one of the subcontractors due to a breach of contract.
