PETERKA & PARTNERS Budapest has assisted a well-known Japanese multinational technology company, involved in the manufacture of business and industrial imaging products (copiers and lasers) during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic in labour law and immigration law related matters.
This tasks included among others the introduction of a labour framework period, the application for a state salary support scheme, as well as providing legal advice and preparation of the necessary documents for the entry into Hungary amid the border-closures and newly introduced strict travel restrictions.
