On 19 January 2023, PETERKA & PARTNERS, added its expertise to a webinar titled: “How to set up business in Romania”. The on-line event, hosted by Taxology and co-organized by PAIH, eMag, and Taxology was the fourth webinar in the “How to set up a business in…” series of events hosted by Urszula Fijałkowska and dedicated to the e-commerce sector. During the webinar we were able to add our experience to the experience of such experts as: Agnieszka Olsen, PAIH, Alicja Dzwonkowska, eMAG, and Tomasz Połeć, Taxology.
Dan Aurelian Ciupala, Senior Associate and Leader of the firm’s Energy Practice from the PETERKA & PARTNERS office in Bucharest was our expert during the event and actively answered questions from the audience regarding the legal aspects of the e-commerce business.
