Michal Rampášek, an experienced Slovak attorney-at-law with proficiency in Polish, has been appointed as the new co-leader of our Polish Desk. This strategic decision underscores our firm’s long-term commitment to providing comprehensive legal support to Polish companies in the CEE region and to foreign clients with interests in Poland.
For many years now, the Polish Desk at PETERKA PARTNERS has been successful in providing integrated legal support to the largest leading Polish corporations in CEE with entering new markets and conducting business operations in CEE.
In this new role, Michal Rampášek joins Marcin Kryszko, Senior Associate at PETERKA PARTNERS based in Warsaw who has been successfully developing the Polish Desk since it was officially launched in 2018, following the success of the PETERKA PARTNERS Polish office and the growing interest of Polish groups in integrated regional support in the CEE region and beyond.
Fluent in Polish, Michal is the main contact person for Polish companies interested or already operating on the Slovak and Czech markets on behalf of the PETERKA PARTNERS group. Michal also brings unique expertise to the firm as a highly accomplished professional specializing in Cybersecurity and AI in the European context, including ISO27001 compliance. He is also the Leader of the Criminal Law practice, and the Cybersecurity, Data and Privacy Protection practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
