The Czech office of PETERKA & PARTNERS provided legal advisory services to the venture investment fund J&T VENTURES CG SICAV, in connection with the acquisition of shares in the company Yieldigo, a start-up developing and providing price optimization software to retailers in several European countries, in particular, executing DD, drafting and amending transaction documentation, and negotiations with the founders and seed investors.
