The Prague office of PETERKA & PARTNERS provided legal advice to the investment fund J&T First Venture in connection with divestment of its minority stake in DATEIO, a Czech based start-up company active in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania, offering discounts linked to clients’ payment cards. The legal assistance included advice on structuring the transaction and agreement among all of the current shareholders. The buyers were Erste Bank and Air Bank from the PPF group.
