The PETERKA & PARTNERS Sofia office successfully represented, before the Supreme Court of Cassation, the Bulgarian subsidiary of a transnational conglomerate providing utility services. The case concerned a dispute with a local construction development company related to the costs for certain infrastructure facilities, and on the basis of the decision of the Supreme Court of Cassation all claims against the client were fully dismissed.
