PETERKA PARTNERS Bulgaria successfully represented before the Bulgarian Patent Office a French governmental agency in charge of protection of French protected designations of origin and geographical indications in opposition proceedings related to two trademark applications submitted by Bulgarian companies. Registration of both trademarks was rejected with respect to the relevant classes of priority to the client.
