PETERKA & PARTNERS, through several of its offices across the CEE region, provided comprehensive legal advice and assistance to a global electronic equipment manufacturer in a complex personal data breach matter. Among other things, the legal support provided thus far has covered assistance in the data breach notification process, and advice on potential results of the data breach on the rights and freedoms of the affected data subjects.
