The Bulgarian team of PETERKA & PARTNERS advised its client, the Austrian subsidiary of a European group working on innovations in the field of machine automation, on the localization (in line with Bulgarian law) of its group general terms and conditions both for the sale and purchase of products. The assistance also covered modifications to the group’s standard templates of orders and confirmations of orders to take into account bottlenecks in the supply chain and address related legal challenges and constraints.
