For several years now, we have been representing a large air carrier in litigations initiated by passengers (or large companies buying passenger claims) for compensation for delayed flights. Our Litigation Department provides its clients with legal advisory on API data transmission obligations, as well as representation concerning immigration, and PNR-data administrative cases related to air transport.
