Premysl Marek, Partner and Director for the PETERKA & PARTNERS Czech office, spoke at the CEE Entrepreneur Forum held by Credit Suisse in Prague in mid-September. This year’s edition of the forum focused on two main topics: “Achieving Maximum Value in Mergers and Acquisitions” – regarding current M&A dynamics, key factors for success and specific cases; and “Structuring the Private Side” which dealt with avoiding post-transaction traps and pitfalls. Premysl Marek spoke as part of the Panel Discussion on the topic: “Post-Transaction Considerations”.
