The Czech and Slovak offices of PETERKA & PARTNERS has provided legal advisory to the American company Smith Micro Software in relation to the purchase of the Family Safety Mobile Business unit from the Czech company Avast Software for $66 million, i.e., more than CZK 1.4 billion.
