Over the last few months, the Romanian office of PETERKA & PARTNERS has been assisting an important Romanian company, the local real estate division of a highly reputable Austrian logistics group, with regard to several real estate transactions in Romania. The assistance consisted both in carrying out due diligence investigations as well as in structuring of the transactions (including drafting of the relevant documentation and the related legal advice).
