Professional Background

Natalia focuses on legal advisory in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, personal data protection, and regulatory affairs (primarily pharmaceuticals). She has wide-ranging skills in providing general legal support to clients on complex issues that arise from their day-to-day business activities and compliance and regulatory matters.
Natália was appointed to the Local Management Board in 2019 to participate actively in the management of the firm’s Bratislava office. She is currently in the position of Deputy Director for Slovakia. Natalia is also the Leader of the Pharma and Life Sciences practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Well-versed in general commercial and company law, she assists clients in establishing and developing their businesses, and provides advisory on strategic, organizational and business transactions. Natália also possesses extensive valuable experience in commercial contract advisory.
Having developed expertise in data privacy law, Natália assists clients with local implementation of the GDPR and preparation of the respective documentation, regularly advises clients on GDPR issues, and helps them with compliance.
Natália is also proficient at companies from the pharmaceutical industry with regulatory and compliance matters and advises clients on pharma sector related affairs.
She is also an active member of the Board of Directors of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia.
