Professional Background

Luděk focuses on real estate law, environmental law, contract law, public procurement law, and litigation. He also has an extensive experience in company acquisitions, sales and leases of business, and IP law, particularly in the area of domain disputes.
He is a Counsel at the Prague office and provides legal services to Czech and foreign clients, particularly from the construction, energy, and information technology sectors.
Before joining PETERKA PARTNERS, Luděk worked at the international law firm Salans (nowadays Dentons) and Altheimer&Gray in Prague and was a member of the FIA International Court of Appeal in Paris.
Luděk is a member of the Examination Committee for the Bar Exams and Recognition Exams of the Czech Bar Association, and the author of the monograph "The Public Service of State Employees”.
