Jakub has significant experience in providing comprehensive legal advisory to companies and other commercial entities. He mainly focuses on corporate matters, including conducting legal due diligence processes, negotiating contracts and advising on regulatory issues.
Jakub is the Leader of the Antitrust and Competition practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Before joining the firm, Jakub gained experience both in a law firm and as an in-house lawyer in a brokerage company. He has been involved in regulatory proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
