Beata is highly experienced in managing complex litigation cases that require expertise in a broad spectrum of legal areas such as construction law, corporate law, labour law and real estate law. Among the wide range of cases handled by Beata are disputes associated with important infrastructure investments within the scope of contractual penalties, for withdrawal from construction contracts, contractual penalties for delays, and fees for additional and substitute works.
Beata is the Leader of the Litigation and Insolvency practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
She also has broad experience in providing legal services to leading companies in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and real estate sectors. In addition, she has provided comprehensive legal services related to debt recovery, both at the pre-litigation stage and in civil litigation, including debt enforcement proceedings for a leading company from the automotive industry.
Before joining the firm, Beata successfully advised on numerous contentious legal matters in a law firm providing services to business entities.
