Agnieszka is focused mainly on corporate and mergers and acquisitions law, and corporate and insurance law. She also has significant experience in telecommunications and energy law.
She became Partner, Director for Poland, in 2016. Due to her extensive experience and knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions practice area, in 2016, Agnieszka became the Leader the of Mergers and Acquisitions practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
Agnieszka has supervised numerous of mergers and acquisitions projects for Polish and foreign enterprises, and she advises on various corporate issues, including purchase of shares, negotiations, due diligence reports, private transactions, acquisitions of minority interests, disposal and corporate restructurings.
She has provided legal advisory services for numerous of our significant clients, i.e., Vandemoortele Polska sp. z o.o., a French market leader in the field of ophthalmic products, and a major Danish footwear group.
Prior to joining the firm, Agnieszka worked for the Polish office of Allen & Overy focusing on comprehensive aspects of mergers and acquisitions projects at all stages.
