Professional Background

Gergely is specialized in data protection, thus he closely monitors privacy-related EU and Hungarian legislation as well as the forming practices of the Hungarian supervisory authority and the European Data Protection Board. In addition to this, he also deals with traditional practice areas, such as corporate law, commercial contracts, real estate law, including agricultural law, and intellectual property law (especially copyright matters).
Before joining the firm, Gergely advised high-profile MNE clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate matters as well as on compliance matters, especially in the field of data protection, furthermore, he executed a number of due diligence projects.
