Professional Background

Magda advises leading multinational and domestic clients on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory aspects of transactions. She is the Leader of the Antitrust and Competition practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
She has a proven track record in structuring and implementing complex transactions, guiding clients through regulatory challenges, and providing strategic, business-focused legal advice.
Magda regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, merger clearance, corporate restructuring, and post-transaction integration. She also has extensive experience in corporate and employment law, particularly in managing organizational changes, transfers of undertakings, and advising on both mass and individual dismissals.
Prior to joining the firm, Magda worked as lawyer at the Office for the Protection of Competition where she participated in the drafting of an amendment to the Act on the Protection of Competition.
