Professional Background

Dorota has significant experience in leading and supervising mergers and acquisitions projects.
Due to her involvement in the internal development of the firm, in 2015, Dorota became Partner, Director for Poland. She also became the Leader the of Mergers and Acquisitions practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
She has advised on many acquisitions of Polish companies and enterprises by foreign investors, including conducting legal due diligence, negotiating contractual documents and notifying planned acquisitions to the Antimonopoly Office. She successfully conducted several mergers and restructuring processes. She also focuses on day-to-day legal advisory for entrepreneurs and labour law. In labour law, she has advised on a wide range of employment matters, including resolving collective disputes, transfers of employees and dismissals.
Dorota advises to numerous significant clients, i.e., Fraikin, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Vandemoortele, etc.
