Sławomir has a vast experience in real estate and construction law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. He provides high-quality legal advisory services to numerous significant clients, i.e., entities from a major Danish footwear group, in connection with leases and the re-structuring of the chain in Poland, one of Europe’s leading producers of raw materials and intermediate goods on the acquisition and development of the real properties in Poland, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of PVC window profiles and construction innovative solutions on the enlargement of production facilities in Poland, and a major Swedish furniture producer and its Polish subsidiary with regard to transaction consisting in the acquisition of an enterprise of IKEA industry Poland sp. z o.o..Slawomir was appointed a member of the Local Management Board in Warsaw in 2018; he co-manages the Warsaw office as Deputy Director for Poland. He was appointed Partner in 2023. Sławomir has over ten years of experience in advising clients in all aspects of construction and real estate law. He heads the PETERKA PARTNERS Warsaw real estate practice.
Before joining the firm, Sławomir gained vast experience in mergers and acquisitions and real estate during his cooperation with the Warsaw office of the Weil Gotshal & Manges law firm and in the real estate department of the French retailer Auchan where he focused on providing comprehensive legal support in the investment process for real estate and asset management including dealing with the related litigation, administration, insolvency, and corporate issues.
Sławomir also publishes in the professional press, i.e., on construction & engineering law.
