Ilona specializes in corporate law, liquidation of companies and commercial law.She has gained professional experience in law firms in Warsaw by providing comprehensive services to entrepreneurs, conducting business proceedings, and in the registration and transformation of commercial companies.
Before joining the firm, Ilona worked as a lawyer in several law firms, where she dealt mainly with corporate law, commercial law and administrative law. Some of the projects she worked on were: assistance in obtaining weapons licences, assistance in legalizing residence and obtaining work permits in Poland, and trademark registration before the Polish Patent Office.
