Alexandru is highly specialized in various practice areas such as labour law, legal consultancy, data protection / information technology and criminal law. He is a member of the firm's practices focusing on litigation, commercial law and aviation, having an extensive experience in assisting international and domestic clients active in important industries such as transportation and risk management, both in respect to cross-border transactions, and in relation to day-to-day matters.
Alexandru assists and represents clients in courts in a wide range of court proceedings, especially in civil and commercial litigation. Moreover, Alexandru is also a data protection practitioner, participating as public speaker at the Credit Risk Management Conference 2019 - "Automation credit risk management under GDPR".
