Professional Background

Kristína focuses on legal advisory in the areas of commercial law, labour law, personal data protection, real estate, and compliance and regulatory matters.
Kristína actively participated in the management of the firm's Bratislava office as part of the Local Management Board from 2015 to July 2019. After serving as Leader of the Pharma and Life Sciences practice at the firm for more than three years, she is currently the Leader of the Compliance and Regulatory practice at PETERKA PARTNERS.
She has represented numerous national and international clients operating in the pharmaceutical industry such as ALK-Abelló, AstraZeneca, Farmax Slovakia, SJM Coordination Center, and Viatris. Kristína has vast experience in the regional coordination of legal services and frequently cooperates with foreign law offices.
